In addition to other responsibilities, this position will have the opportunity to :
Monitor, evaluate and implement program quality assurance, improvement and clinical integrity through chart reviews, surveys, policy and procedure revision and other applicable means
Provide input, oversight and monitoring to program activities, including development of collaborating agencies and sites for housing and health activities
Assesses and provides support for staff competencies through a strength building lens
Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and implementation of evidenced based models
Contribute to a work cultural that inspires team work and effective interventions for the most challenging situations
Assess, develop, locate and track training needs for program staff.
Monitoring program productivity, outcomes and service delivery goals
Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of program services, initiatives, procedures and standards.

Skills / Requirements
Advanced knowledge of HIV disease, intervention and prevention preferred
Ability to respond to critical / crisis situations effectively
Entry level leadership sills
Creative and solution focused
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, collaborating agencies and the public
Ability to demonstrate and model culturally competent behavior
Ability to work under pressure and to assess changing priorities and competing deadlines is essential
Bachelors in human services, masters preferred
