Paid Media Account Strategist to help elevate our team and continue expanding our success. With a 95% client retention rate and partnerships with national category leaders like Farm Rich Snacks, SeaPak Shrimp Co.
Carvel Cakes, as well as sports and global attraction brands, we’re proud of the creative and relational media planning team we’ve built.
The Role : As the Conquer Sr. Paid Media Account Strategist , you will serve as a client advocate, fostering both internal collaboration and seamless client relations.
You’ll take ownership of client goals, proactively building processes, communicating with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring that both client and agency objectives are met.
You'll help create and refine department processes, work closely with internal and external partners. This role demands a visionary mindset paired with the ability to execute detailed strategies effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead for client accounts, ensuring business outcomes are met through effective communication and media planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with both internal teams and agency partners to execute strategies that balance client vision with media activation.
- Develop, present, and refine media strategies and plans, aligning them with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, consistently delivering a high-level of service.
- Draft strategic briefs and organize media plans, maintaining accountability for client deliverables.
- Stay informed on industry trends, bringing new insights and ideas to the team.
- Proactively assist with department processes, contributing to the ongoing development of the agency.
- Communicate clearly and warmly with clients, ensuring their needs are always prioritized.
Requirements
- B.S. / B.A. degree.
- 4+ years of experience in client management and planning, with a focus on media, strategy, brand, or marketing.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can help build and refine processes.
- Strong communication skills, able to balance being friendly, warm, and professional with clients.
- Proven ability to strengthen client and vendor relationships, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate client needs while juggling multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player who’s willing to help out wherever needed.
