JOB PURPOSE
Cafeteria cashier operates cash register in Cafeteria. Follows standards and procedures in receiving payments, recording changes and balancing cash.
Processes reports of daily transactions. All job qualifications listed below indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum : High school diploma or comparable training and experience which provides skills to perform the job tasks competently.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Minimum : California Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certificate TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum : Knowledge of basic arithmetic and money transactions.
