About the role

As an Oracle ERP (EBS / Fusion) consultant, you are required to help the client in maintaining, upgrading, extending the applications as per business requirements.

You will bring consultative skills, business knowledge, and application expertise to help clients achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle Financials solutions to meet client needs.
• Configure and implement Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• global implementation of cash management and with banks that work with multiple bank statement formats like BAI2, SWIFT MT 940 etc.
• Implement Advanced Collections that includes setting up customized dunning letters, designing collection strategies and tasks, customer scoring and setting up KPIs for collectors
• Play the role of functional leader and guide development teams and consultants working on project.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including, solution designs, and configuration guides.
• Develop and execute test plans, perform testing, and resolve issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Prepare and deliver status reports to senior management and internal / external stakeholders

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

• 6-15 years’ experience in Oracle ERP with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion
• Experience in implementing and supporting following modules : Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Advanced Collections
• Excellent communication skills and ability to anchor design discussion with various stakeholders from business and IT
• Experience in implementing Oracle ERP with multiple systems that are closely integrated.
• Focus on business processes and ability to identify and enhance processes
• Certification in Finance modules will be an added advantage
• Willingness to attend meetings during late evenings is absolutely essential
• Experience of Implementation of multi-application interfaces. Such as : Salesforce for customers, bank statements and payment file from bank, invoices from various systems, tax with Avalara / Vertex, exchange rates from Bloomberg / Oanda..
