Your day as a Director of Facility Services Group (FSG)

As the Director of Facility Services Group (FSG) at Storr Office Environments, you will hold a strategically vital role overseeing division sales, order fulfillment, and financial results, with a keen focus on team members and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing the division's annual business plan, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Your leadership will foster a positive work environment, promoting team member growth and development while maximizing team member satisfaction.

Tactically, you will manage and supervise Project Coordinators, Customer Account Managers, and Salespeople daily, providing the necessary procedural guidance to ensure smooth operations.

Additionally, you will maintain constructive relationships with supporting departments, driving collaboration and effective communication to support the successful execution of the business plan.

A four-year degree in Business Administration or Interior Design from a FIDER-accredited university is required, coupled with 3-5 years of proven, progressive leadership and management skills.

A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in design, project management within the commercial furniture industry, and sales is preferred to ensure you can effectively steer the division toward its goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for creating and implementing the annual business plan and aligning it with sales forecasts.

The knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Four-year degree in Business Administration or Interior Design from a FIDER-accredited university
