WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Owner of the OEM brand narrative, ensuring a consistent brand strategy that delivers on brand promise and purpose.
- Develop and execute brand strategy to elevate presence and increase sales. You will be the owner of the brand narrative and responsible for ensuring consistency across locations.
- Identify brand needs and competitive actions to support marketing initiatives focused on increasing sales, service, profit, market share, and brand loyalty.
- Oversee daily marketing performance and understand operational performance related to the brand and competitive initiatives.
- Ensure cohesive communications between brand strategy and location level marketing.
- Act as the first point of contact for the field in answering questions about marketing plans specific for each location.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
- 5+ years of overall marketing experience with a recent focus on strategy
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar focus
- Automotive industry marketing experience is REQUIRED
- Previous experience in developing and implementing brand strategies
- Strong understanding of the Marketing 4 P’s and how to implement this into a brand strategy nationally
- Proven track record of budget allocation and management
