Customer Service Representative & Returns / Order Processor
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative Jr. , where you''ll process orders, handle returns, and provide outstanding customer support.
If you''re detail-oriented, skilled at multitasking, and have excellent communication, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer and sales rep calls / emails
- Process orders and manage inquiries (phone, fax, EDI)
- Verify pricing, provide quotes, and track order status
- Issue return authorizations via the standard portal
- Maintain daily reports and assist with special projects
Requirements :
- High School diploma
- Friendly, patient, and a great listener
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
