Administrative Assistant

$60,000 / annually

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office - Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday and traditional hours.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in office support, who is comfortable working in a front-facing role within a small office environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform clerical duties including document preparation, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Handle correspondence and communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Ad hoc. administrative tasks based on needs

Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in both appearance and communication.
  • Good tenure in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Additional Information :

  • This is a 100% onsite position, requiring presence in the office from Monday to Friday.
  • The role involves working in a small, close-knit office environment where teamwork and flexibility are valued.
