We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful.
This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best.
The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales is a big part of this upside commission opportunity.

Compensation :
$80,000 - $130,000+ at plan
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Team and database lead generation
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
- Close appointments
- Sales scripts mastery
Qualifications :
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- A real estate license is required
