The Financial Services and Real Estate Division of the firm represents a wide range of servicers, banks and other creditors in all areas of law in end to end default legal services and creditor’s rights.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
Typical duties will include attending court hearings in several counties throughout the state; management of files and monitoring of cases to ensure deadlines are met;
document preparation and review including complaints, judgment and sale pleadings; drafting responses to pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; and legal research.
Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation
Experience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines a plus
Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university.
Must be licensed in State of Michigan; Ohio and Indiana a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product.
