Responsibilities :

  • Client Consultation : Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and personal circumstances.
  • Policy Recommendations : Advise clients on suitable life insurance policies and financial products based on their individual needs.
  • Policy Sales : Present and sell life insurance policies, including term, whole, and universal life insurance.
  • Application Assistance : Help clients complete insurance applications and ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted accurately.
  • Underwriting Coordination : Work with insurance companies to facilitate the underwriting process and address any issues that arise.
  • Claims Support : Assist clients with filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process.
  • Client Education : Educate clients about insurance products, coverage options, and the benefits of different policies.
  • Ongoing Service : Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy reviews, updates, and adjustments as their needs change.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations to offer the best advice to clients.
  • Compliance : Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining proper licensing and certifications.
  • Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage long-term client retention.
  • Sales Goals : Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the insurance company or agency.
