    We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring person to add to our customer service team in support of our Administration and Graphics staff.

    Multitasking is critically important as our day-to-day activities are numerous. We are passionate about what we do here, and are looking for team members who are committed to serving our customers.

    This full-time position will be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.- 5 : 00 p.m.

    Specific Responsibilities :

    • Talk with and / or meet with customers over the phone and in person.
    • Gathering criteria for orders, help guide customers through our process.
    • Creating estimates and quotes and communicating them to the customers.
    • Following up with customers periodically after proofs have been sent.
    • Communicating with our graphics and production teams.
    • Build strong relationships with our customers, in person and over the phone.
    • Manage customer concerns, resolving problems, customer complaints and actively participate in customer transactions.
    • Entering new orders into Quickbooks.
    • Administrative duties such as answering phones, emailing, etc
    • Working with our print brokers.

    Requirements :

    • Customer Service experience
    • Computer skills, multitasking and organizational skills necessary.
