Packaging Associate

Location : Frankfort, IL

Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation :

7am-3 : 30pm 17.50

3pm-11 : 30pm 19.00

11pm-7 : 30am 19.50

Job Description : As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for :

• Packing quality finished goods for shipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring correct assembly and packaging of finished goods
• Reporting any quality, health, safety, and efficiency issues to your supervisor promptly
• Performing quality checks and ensuring correct counts on various product sizes
• Stacking finished products in the correct configuration for transportation
• Checking and replenishing necessary supplies at workstations
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Completing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Following all company rules, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
• Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and duties

Requirements :

• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work a 12-hour swing shift (7 PM - 7 AM or 7 AM - 7 PM)
• Must be able to wear steel-toed shoes and required PPE
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and remain active throughout the day
• Must be reliable and present on scheduled days
• Must be available to work weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety policies
• Must maintain a clean and organized work area
