Job Summary :
The Houseman / Maintenance at Home 2 by Hilton Conway AR is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas and guest rooms, as well as assisting with general hotel maintenance tasks.
This is a part-time, hourly position within the hospitality / restaurant industry and is located in Conway, Arkansas.
This role is an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager.
Compensation & Benefits :
The compensation for this role is $14 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobby, hallways, elevators, and restrooms, in accordance with hotel standards
- Assist housekeeping team with cleaning guest rooms and ensuring they are guest-ready
- Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to maintenance department
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and maintaining landscaping
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or maintenance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
