VP of Marketing - Nursing Homes
Located throughout New Jersey
A company that owns multiple skilled nursing facilities located throughout New Jersey is currently seeking a strong VP of Marketing to oversee two of their facilities.
Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for forming, growing and maintaining long-term partnerships with physicians, skilled nursing facilities, medical specialty groups and other communal clinical groups to increase referrals and gain market share.
- Work closely with the Business Development Team to discuss marketing activities, identify new business, potential problems, and new opportunities.
- Develop long-term referral relationships while achieving the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with physicians and key influencers to drive patient volume, enhance customer loyalty and exceed client satisfaction.
- Assist in the delivery and presentation of specialty marketing materials to address prospective clinical partnership needs.
- Implement sales, relationship, and social media data to sales reports and CRM.
- Communicate opportunities to the Director of Business Development to assist in the development of strategic objectives to improve volume.
- Conduct marketing and sales calls with physician and clinical staff as appropriate to secure business.
Qualifications :
- Must have Regional experience with skilled nursing facilities
- Must have marketing experience in long term care
- Must have long term care experience
- Must have strong leadership skills
