LI-AS3 Job Description :
- Java Application Support and issue Troubleshooting
- Investigation and handling of issues escalated to L1, L2 support.
- Bug fixes for production issues.
- Review Splunk logs and application container logs, create splunk queries, alerts, dashboard
- Escalate and Co-ordinate with other teams in case of application abnormalities and failures
- Monitored ticket tracking tool for SR, Incidents, Problem management and maintain the SLA process.
- Ensure analysis of technical issues and their resolutions be performed as per best practices committed to the client
- Rotation based On-call support , sometimes on weekend
Key Qualifications :
- Hands-on programming experience in Java based web application, Java, JEE, Spring framework, RESTful Services.
- Strong Knowledge of Splunk, analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in database systems including Oracle, Cassandra, other NOSQL technologies.
- Production Support Experience, Monitoring tools, On-call support.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
