Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (G.M.P) regulations and guidelines always by ISO13485.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P) relevant to your work activities.
- Perform final packaging of products according to specified procedures and standards.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all packages are correctly labeled with appropriate information, including product details, batch numbers, and shipping information.
- Use various packaging materials and methods to secure products, such as boxes, pallets, shrink wrap, and protective padding.
- Assures the build work area is kept clean, safe, and orderly.
- Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging materials to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including the quantity of products packed and any discrepancies.
- Support production room with production output flow, including waste.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or improvements in the packaging process.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean packaging area, ensuring that materials are stored properly.
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and quality of the packaging process
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Familiarity with packaging equipment and processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required, and to stand for extended periods.
Physical Demands
- Long periods of standing are required.
- You may be required to lift to 50 lbs.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Climb stairs.
- Close vision and depth perception.

Working Conditions
- This position requires working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
