Responsibilities :
Representingclients in environmental and energy matters including in front ofadministrative bodies.
- Handlingpermitting regulatory compliance diligence and transactionalmatters related to energy and environmentalsectors.
- Conducting litigation inrelevant fields including handling depositions motion practicecourt appearances and electronicdiscovery.
- Requirements :
JurisDoctor (J.D.) from an accredited lawschool
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
- Strong academiccredentials
- Salary : $128000 to $158000
