$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS - Starting at $22.00 an hour for 3rd shift

SPIROL Precision Products, Stow, OH has a full time position available for 2nd and 3rd shift for a Precision Surface Grinder.
Position includes but is not limited to, operating grinding equipment designed to remove material from production parts to achieve any and / or all of the part requirements for thickness, flatness, parallelism, or surface finish.
- Operate the grinding equipment and perform the necessary grinding procedures to achieve the specifications required per the product blueprint or job production line up
- Properly read and understand blueprints including symbols, specifications, and dimensional limitations.
- Properly use and read inspection gages and tools including micrometers, calipers, and check gages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior grinding experience a plus
- Must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must have knowledge and skills to use a computer and other related technology.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to read and interpret drawings, prints and production routings.
- Ability to utilize and interpret inspection gauges and equipment.
- Ability to follow priorities, achieve goals and coordinate activities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- No sitting, lifting or bending restrictions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
