Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for an experienced ERP Program Manager / Change Manager to join their team for a 1 year contract.
This is a hybrid role, applicants outside of Phila can be remote with some travel to office as needed, must be on EST
Our client is embarking on a significant transformation with the deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP, encompassing HR, Finance, and Procurement areas.
They seek a dynamic and experienced consultant to join their team as an ERP Program Manager and Change Management Leader.
Position Overview : The ERP Program Manager and Change Management Leader will play a critical role in overseeing the deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP.
This blended role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale ERP implementations and leading change management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled educator, and an adept business leader capable of driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
ERP Program Management :
o Lead the end-to-end deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring alignment with Company's strategic objectives.
o Refine and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation.
o Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and communication with Project Sponsor.
o Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to Project Sponsor and Senior Leadership.
Change Management Leadership :
o Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the ERP deployment.
o Conduct impact assessments to identify areas of change and develop mitigation plans.
o Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication initiatives to educate and engage employees at all levels.
o Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and stakeholders, guiding them through the change process and ensuring change for business goals.
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to drive organizational transformation.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, with a proven ability to lead and influence organizational change.
- Strong understanding of HR, Finance, and Procurement processes and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and handle challenging political environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
