• Pay Rate : $16.50 / hr.
• Start Date : ASAP
• Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8AM-4 : 30PM

What's a typical day as a Data Entry Mail Clerk?

• Receives, opens, sorts, scans and distributes mail and forms internally
• Directs outgoing mail to the Mail Center
• Follows established procedures to appropriately handle and distribute cash / checks, certified mail, registered mail, and returned mail
• Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from mail, forms and applications
• Maintains database
• May be responsible for internal preparation of applications
• May prepare and deliver documentation to the Imaging Center
• Provides assistance by performing a variety of service and support functions to the department

This job might be an outstanding fit for you if you have :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience.
• Requires strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to actively listen, and ask meaningful probing questions
• Requires strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
