Maintenance Technician (Electrical OR Mechanical) – Night Shift (11PM to 7AM Mon to Fri)

Pave Talent, hiring on behalf of our client, is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (11PM to 7AM Mon to Fri) for a dedicated site in Burlington, NC. Role Impact

This is not a traveling field role – you’ll be embedded full-time on-site at a mission-critical client laboratory . As the overnight engineer, you’ll keep equipment running, solve technical issues under pressure, and directly support lab staff. Success means high uptime, satisfied clients, and smooth operations during a major growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and electrical safety testing on biomedical automation systems
• Document service activities to meet compliance / manufacturer standards
• Train and support lab operators on safe and effective equipment use
• Serve as the primary on-site technical contact , managing issues with professionalism
• Support installations and transition projects during site expansion
• Participate in on-call coverage every 4th weekend (overtime eligible)
