What You'll Do :

Elevate Guest Experience : Create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels like family. Handle feedback with grace, turning every comment into an opportunity for growth and improvement.

Inspire and coach our team to build genuine connections with every guest.

Lead with Passion : Assemble and nurture a team of star performers who share your commitment to excellence. Set high standards and provide ongoing training to keep our team at the top of their game.

Address any issues with a positive and proactive approach, always leading by example.

Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee the daily operations, ensuring every dish meets our top-notch standards. Manage inventory with precision and keep a keen eye on costs without compromising quality.

Maintain a smooth and efficient workflow that keeps our restaurant running like a well-oiled machine.

Champion Financial Success : Push the envelope in driving sales and achieving financial goals. Keep a close watch on budgetary targets and inventory control, and make sure all financial transactions are handled accurately and promptly.

What Were Looking For :

Experience and Expertise : At least four years of progressive management experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.

A degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is a plus.

• Skills for Success : Proficient in Aloha POS, MenuLinks, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-energy environment.
• Personal Qualities : A self-motivated, detail-oriented leader who thrives on achieving goals and inspiring others. Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented mindset are essential.
• Availability : Must be available weekends and holidays.
