As a Salesforce ProjectManager you will play a critical role in leading and managingSalesforce projects from initiation to completion.
You will workclosely with stakeholders including business users Salesforcedevelopers architects and other crossfunctional teams to ensurethat projects are delivered on time within budget and to thehighest quality standards.
This role offers an exciting opportunityto work on a variety of Salesforce initiatives and collaborate witha diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of Salesforceprojects ensuring adherence to project scope timeline andbudget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders todefine project objectives requirements and successcriteria.
- Develop and maintain project plansschedules and resource allocations.
- Manageproject resources including internal team members contractors andthirdparty vendors.
- Track project progressidentify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies asneeded.
- Communicate project status updates andkey milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate meetings workshops and discussions to gatherrequirements resolve issues and make decisions.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance withcompany policies procedures and best practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationComputer Science or related field. Project management certification(e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Proven trackrecord of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time andwithin budget.
- Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud ServiceCloud and Lightning Experience.
- Excellentleadership communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto effectively collaborate with diverse teams andstakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agileenvironment and using project management tools such as Jira orClient Project.
- Ability to prioritize andmanage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
