Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic partner and main point of contact for a select portfolio of high-value, enterprise customers
Own renewals and expansion opportunities, driving customer retention and revenue growth across accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a cohesive, world-class customer experience
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading enterprise or strategic accounts within a SaaS organization
5+ years managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with individual accounts exceeding $500K in ARR
Proven record of driving complex renewals and expansions at the C-suite level
Deep experience working with large, global organizations and navigating procurement and governance
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to build multi-year account plans
