Qualifications :
Associates degree in Manufacturing Technology (or related field) and
1 to 5+ years of relevant experience in a federally regulated industry

- Strong aptitude in electronics and mechanics
- Troubleshooting techniques in complex electronic systems
- Must have experience in developing, proposing and implementing
process improvements of moderate complexity
Ability to maintain records and quality standards in a rapidly
evolving work environment
Must have experience in non-conformance resolution while adhering to
high standards of record keeping
Follow all applicable documentation, including wiring diagrams,
mechanical drawings, work instructions, and other supporting documentation to correctly assemble, program, test, and troubleshoot electronic / mechanical assemblies
- Meet all safety needs of the Health and Safety procedure
- US Citizenship required
- Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Additional Skills :
- Trained in Green Belt Six Sigma
- Certified to IPC-610, IPC-620 and / or J-STD-001
- Experience with MRP software
- Experience with manufacturing data analytics software
