WORK SCHEDULE :

Your focus will be construction / residential and commercial / remodel plumbing projects, ensuring you're in the driver's seat when it comes to attaining new work and driving projects forward efficiently with a team of licensed journeymen plumbers delivering outstanding results to continue to showcase the 97-year legacy at D&F Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER :

Working well with general contractors, holding teams accountable to safety measures, timelines, budgets, company policy, project goals, timelines, and safety measures.

Keeping your team and yourself to an efficient productivity daily timeline by tracking and accomplishing daily and long-term goals, using your plumbing and code knowledge to ensure compliance and high-quality work.

Throughout the day, you're in constant communication with clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing updates.

Your dedication to setting high expectations drives your team to perform at their best, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

In between meetings and site visits, you utilize technology to streamline processes and keep everyone on track. Your ability to read plans and implement precise timelines ensures every project is a success.

By day's end, you leave the site with a sense of pride, knowing your leadership has made a lasting impact.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER :

• 2+ years of experience in Plumbing Project Management
• Plumbing and UPC code knowledge is a must
• Reliable, hard work ethic
• Time management
• Bringing jobs in on time and under budget
• People skills
• Inspiring others to perform to their highest abilities
• Plan reading
• CAD drawing is a plus
• Vast knowledge of the plumbing and mechanical industry
• Organized and efficient managing skills
• Prioritizing

• Budgeting and financial understanding

• Ability to always put safety as top priority for all jobs
• Team player
• Managing and holding your team to a high standard

Preferred :

• Plumbing, sales, or management experience over a field team of up to 20
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Technology proficiency
• Ability to read plans and implement a timeline for the completion of jobs
