Job Description
We are seeking a Business Process Engineer to support our Fortune 100 financial services client’s Global Commercial Services organization in leading business transformation, process optimization, and intelligence automation initiatives.
The Business Process Engineer role provides rich exposure to multiple functions across our client’s commercial card organization, enabling a deep understanding of the commercial card B2B business.

- Location : Hybrid in NYC preferred, but remote will be considered
- Duration : Approximately a 5-month project with the potential for extension

What you’ll do :
- Support all aspects of the development of the commercial card organization’s end-to-end process optimization strategy, including customer journeys and common definitions for process ownership across the organization
- Drive execution and delivery of BPE projects and outcomes tied to efficiency, effectiveness, and optimization
- Partner with Operational Excellence to create sustainable process controls and ownership definitions
- Partner with Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to develop a robust pipeline of Intelligent Automation opportunities
- Partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization including Technologies, Digital Teams, Finance, Product, etc.
- Drive results and implementation as required of large, medium, and small-scale projects that improve economics, efficiency, and effectiveness of organizational outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline
- 3+ years’ work experience and demonstrated achievement in Business Transformation, Operations Consulting, Discrete Process Transformation, or related field
- Outstanding analytical thinker and problem solver, comfortable developing and working with data and able to identify and resolve pain points independently or in collaboration with the team.
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification
- 3+ years’ work experience in large Financial Services organization or other highly regulated industry (non-manufacturing)
Additional Information
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
The pay range for this role is $65-70 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
