Regional Director of Partnerships Lead the Future of Education!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team and expand our reach in a multi-state region.
Responsibilities :
- Attend conferences and other trade association events for networking and lead development purposes.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in school districts.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our programs to stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the K-12 market.
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to travel frequently.
