- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications or treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes.- Participate in department meetings and continuing education sessions to stay current with nursing practices.
