Job Summary :
We're looking for both Part-time and Full-time Hosts / Hostesses with prior experience to join our team at our bustling restaurant.
As a Host / Hostess, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, seating them, and informing them about our specials.
We're seeking individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly and provide estimated wait times with a smile.
- Seat guests efficiently, considering server availability and guest preferences.
- Present menus and highlight any specials or promotions.
- Handle payments for meals and operate the cash register.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience as a host / hostess, server, or busser is preferred.
- Familiarity with the OpenTable reservation system is required.
- Possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and carrying trays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
