Description :
- Process Accounts Payable by : a) matching up invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports, and b) inputting into the Accounts Payable system.
- Process Accounts Payable checks as scheduled.
- Act as primary backup for Payroll, using E-time Software System.
- Audit freight bills paid by an outside service vendor.
- Prepare monthly department spending reports.
- Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors under unusual circumstances.
- File invoices.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Process invoices, reconcile, process statements.
- Maintain inbox - each account has its own customer inbox, change requests, invoices, etc.
- Handle internal invoices - send invoices internally and answer questions if an invoice has been paid.
- Index inbox and switch between functions.
- Perform three-way matching.
