Job Description
Overview :
Answers calls that come into the Operations Service Center, creates service requests for operations events, and coordinates with Service Mangers on technician assignments.
Essential Duties :
- Dispatchers are to be on the phones and ready to take calls 100% of the time with the exception of lunches.
- Provides level 1 IT support when needed for field applications.
- Respond to and dispatch calls in a courteous, professional manner.
- Create service requests and work with managers to assign technicians.
Non-Essential Duties : Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills and Abilities :
Ability to :
- Perform all essential duties.
- Interact and communicate with management, team members, and customers.
- Demonstrate basic proficiency with data management and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge :
Basic knowledge of work orders.
Minimum Education and Certification :
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum Experience :
None required.
Leadership :
No leadership responsibilities.

- Regularly required to stand, walk, and bend with good balance, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

- Regularly required to lift, move and carry up to 10 pounds.
