Refitter Assembler - 2nd shift

Our clientis seeking a Refitter to join their team. As a Refitter, you will be part of the Production Assembly team supporting the 2nd shift.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, accountable, and a strong team player.

Job Title : Refitter - 2nd shift

Location : Hanover, PA

Pay : $22.50

What's the Job?

• The primary responsibility of this position is to disassemble and refit assembly parts
• Must be capable of performing all Assembler tasks and maintain the required pace to meet all assembly line production standards
• May act in a lead or training role and will perform under minimum supervision
• Disassembles, troubleshoots, and repairs all rejected steering gear units from the test department (essential job function)
• Performs any basic and complex assemblies that may be required to maintain the necessary production levels (essential job function)

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• One year in a Production Assembly role
• Must be able to obtain certification
• Knowledge of Shop math and blueprint reading
