Your Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site repairs for a variety of equipment.
- Coordinate transportation of damaged equipment to the nearest facility.
- Maintain detailed records of supplies, tools, and labor hours.
- Supervise a team of three to four technicians.
- Provide 24 / 7 coverage for service calls during on-call duty.
- Offer daytime support to on-call mechanics.
- Participate in location-based repair teams.
Skills & Qualifications :
Required :
- Certifications in small engine repair, diesel engine repair, and hydraulic systems repair.
- Commercial driver’s license Class C.
Preferred :
- Two or more years of mechanical equipment repair experience.
- Associate’s degree in mechanics or agriculture.
