Responsibilities :
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as needed
- Mix paint to match vehicle colors precisely
- Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment
- Ensure a flawless finish by inspecting painted surfaces for imperfections and making necessary corrections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an automotive prepper / painter
- Proficiency in prepping and painting techniques
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in automotive painting is a plus
