This is a rock solid organization invovled in array of different industries, very sercure government contracts and projects, as well as being focused in marine, construction, and more.
As the HR Professional, you will be in individual contributor in Human Resources within an organization that has roughly 40 employees.
You will administer HR Policies, Procedures, be involved in Employee Relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, etc.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- General HR background; Employee Relations, Recruiting, Compensation knowledge
- Self starter
- Ability and desire to learn
- Ability to get Secret Clearance for government projects
- Must be commutable distance to Downtown New Orleans
- Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
