Compensation :
$75,000 - $115,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
- Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
- Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
- Determine new customers’ financial needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible

Qualifications :

- Sales experience preferred an enterprising mindset
- Life, Health, Variable Annuity License 2-15
- Series 6 or 7 Preferred
- Strong communication skills
