Target Range :

$85,000.00 / Yr. - $105,000.00 / Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target : 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target : 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Facilitates the strategic planning process for performance improvement, employee engagement, and the development of human resources (HR) strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting in identifying and analyzing the HR needs of a designated business unit.
  • Managing the HR related enterprise-wide tools, processes and data to support the HR functional model.
  • Providing tactical human resources support to the line managers of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
  • Consulting with business unit management during the strategic planning process and on the development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needs.
  • Driving human resources initiatives within the organization and acting as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.

This role will require up to 40% travel between San Diego, CA; Centennial, CO; Omaha, NE; and Edison, NJ.

Requirements :

  • 3-+ years' Human Resource employee relations
  • Experienced in Process improvement initiatives with significant, measurable benefits
  • Demonstrates Innovative ideas that transition to substantial shifts in thinking and behavior
