Position Description
Valiant is seeking Watch Officers for challenging opportunities with Northern Virginia federal government client. Watch Officers work on integrated government / contractor teams and with Intelligence Community (IC) partners to perform critical, fast-paced intelligence analysis.
Cleared candidates at any skill level are encouraged to apply.
Position Requirements
- Must have a current / active TS / SCI with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the IC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings to consumers at all levels.
- Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24 / 7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.
- Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high consequence environments to include federal or state law enforcement, military or intelligence operations.
- Knowledge of the intelligence life cycle and how to provide effective support through all stages.
- Ability to work on a weekly rotating shift.
- Experience with intelligence operations, analysis and support to field operations.
- Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing.
