The Quality and Payroll Analyst is responsible for auditing the quality of the data within the HRIS system to ensure it is correct and up-to-date.
This position will maintain and manage garnishments, manual checks, time management, and Service Now cases. This position will need to have an eye for detail and accuracy.

What you’ll do to make a difference :
Support unscheduled disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, for over 2,000 associates.
Provide support of payroll data and administration about time allocation, set up and analysis
Follow up with managers to ensure hours worked are accurate in nature
Ensure the accuracy of Payroll records by maintaining and validating database updates in associate status changes, child support, wage garnishments, tax levies, vacation, holiday, etc.
Assist in the development and communication of payroll policies and procedures to employees, including but not limited to the creation of job aids to facilitate training
Resolve issues logged in Service Now for payroll or timekeeping questions, service delivery, database, or payroll issues.
Complete and submit VOE requests
Partnering with the HRIS and other HR departments to manage the HRIS Quality audits and obtain the correct information to get updated in the HRIS system.
In working with HR, identify other opportunities to ensure our data accuracy. This includes reviewing and recommending process improvements within the organization.
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and ensure they are followed correctly.
Investigate data quality issues.
Provide support as needed to other leaders
Assist with other tasks and projects as requested
What you bring to our team :
High School diploma or equivalent require; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred, but not required
5-7 years related experience with Payroll / Payroll Tax systems required with companies with 500 or more associates
Must be detail-oriented and have strong project management skills to multi-task a variety of projects.
Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Must have superior interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team-based setting and get along with diverse personalities;
tactful, mature, flexible
Working knowledge of Workday
Multi-state knowledge of garnishments, and labor compliance experience preferred
Strong customer service focus and delivery
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to determine correct data source and the analytical abilities to validate / manipulate the data once retrieved from that source to fulfill requests
