Summary of the Job :
This individual contributor role will lead the day to day operations with our third party providing print and composition services for statements, letters, checks for FNBO and Lauritzen Banks.
This includes statements and letters related to credit card, lending, deposit, mortgage, and other loan products for Consumer, Small Business, and Commercial.
The role will be responsible for establishing processes and controls that ensure consistent delivery of all composition / print jobs.
In addition, the role will be responsible for assessing quality of print documents and composition processes. The role will manage inventory management and reorders of supplies.
Over time, the role will explore / create process improvements to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and lower costs.
About This Role :
- Lead day to day operations with print / composition third party providing statements, letters, and checks ensuring accurate and timely delivery of files
- Lead the creation of automated QA processes and future enhancements
- Manage inventory and ordering process for all printed materials including establishing standard levels, regular material reviews, and creating strategy
- Research and resolve production issues with internal stakeholders and third-party partners
- Enhance forecasting process including refining forecast model, volume projections, and unit costs
- Surface opportunities to reduce internal and third-party costs through process improvements or sourcing new materials
- Support new initiatives by providing expertise on processes, materials, and content
- Work cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes and increase efficiency
The Ideal Candidate for This Role :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations; Banking or Financial services experience preferred
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Print or document operations experience preferred
- Consistent focus on excellence and challenging the status quo
- Proven experience in handling multiple priorities and achieving desired outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with multiple areas
Compensation :
Compensation range (base pay) : $60,830.00-$100,370.00. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and / or skill level.
