As a Help Desk Contractor with react you will :

Key responsibilities :

Provide first response / Level 1 Help Desk Support to guide and address various user problems. Troubleshoot network, M365, operating system, and hardware problems, including printer, laptop, and desktop.

Coordinate end users to subject matter experts with administrative authority and to correct authentication / access issue.

Manage asset returns and asset management.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range * : $ 26,500 - $ 31,000 Per annum.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
