Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Facilities and Security, the Workplace Manager will be critical to the success of the growing and dynamic team at Vuori.
The Workplace Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of HQ, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment where our employees can make great products, be in great relationships, and live extraordinary lives.
This role involves managing office services, coordinating facilities maintenance, and planning and optimizing office space to meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications
What you'll get to do :
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.
- Supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office coordinators, shipping & receiving coordinator, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Oversee office budget and expenses, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, office and mailroom staff, and services.
- Maintain office facilities and ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Manage vendors related to office services, supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
- Works with executive assistants and Culture Committee to coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and catering support.
- Develop and implement space plans that optimize the use of office space to meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Coordinate office moves and reconfigurations, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of moves.
- Work with the Development team, Facilities, and contractors to plan and execute office renovations and build-outs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards in all space planning activities.
- Participate in emergency response planning and support regular drills to ensure preparedness.
Who you are :
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, facilities management, or space planning.
- Team builder and strong leader - previous experience in hiring and developing talent, managing performance, and inspiring and engaging teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in project and budget management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience driving initiatives and working with cross-functional team.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 per year - $100,000 per year.
