Responsibilities
- Mentorship : Guide junior engineers through one-on-ones and pairing sessions, providing support and development opportunities.
- Problem Solving : Resolve technical and personal issues that impede team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Code Reviews : Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to help engineers improve their skills.
- Technical Interviews : Conduct and evaluate numerous technical interviews to identify and hire top talent.
- Onboarding : Improve the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcome, included, and ready to contribute.
- Team Development : Spend time with team members to help them identify priorities, focus on important tasks, and grow their skills.
