The Product Marketing Manager Panametrics is responsible for the product marketing strategy and activities that address market needs in a profitable way across the Panametrics product portfolio.

Success will be determined by this individual’s ability to execute a winning product marketing strategy for Panametrics.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Utilizing available market intelligence on customer requirements, unmet needs, and market trends, develop and own the execution of Panametrics’ product marketing strategy.
  • Executing, across the Panametrics product portfolio, New Product Introduction (NPI) launches & commercialization activities.

This includes working pre-launch with the Strategic Marketing and Product Management teams on market research and voice of customer and then differentiated value proposition, product messaging, marketing collateral, and sales enablement materials as launch approaches.

  • Executing product marketing campaign activities for existing products (including sales enablement materials) across the Panametrics portfolio.
  • Partnering with Product Management, Technology, Commercial, Project Management and the Product Marketing Leader to develop go-to-market strategic plans for specific products including value proposition development, positioning, messaging, and commercial activation.
  • Partnering with the Regional Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to ensure that product marketing campaigns are effectively deployed to a wide target audience as is appropriate considering budget and bandwidth of team members.
  • Partnering with the Product Marketing Leader to contribute to the development of an all-encompassing product marketing strategy for Panametrics and the entire Precision Sensors and Instrumentation business.

To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or another relevant subject from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrable, extensive experience in Product Marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience of formulating a goal-orientated action plan and subsequent successful achievement of that plan.
  • Exceptional oral and written English communication skills (additional languages would be advantageous).
  • Technically competent expertise in value proposition development, product positioning, new product commercialization, and a wide range of other marketing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a wide range of globally located stakeholders.
  • An Influential, energetic, and enthusiastic mindset, with the drive, ambition, and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance.

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge of markets and customers relating to core and new industries for Panametrics - including but not limited to - Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Hydrology, Electronics, Energy Transition (including Hydrogen and Emissions Abatement) and other industrial markets desired.
  • Proven ability and experience of customer and vendor interfaces and negotiations
  • Ability to find successful solutions in an environment where ambiguity is present
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively
