In this crucial role, you will focus on identifying and developing business partnerships, marketing channels, and customer relationships to drive growth sales and maximize market expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities :
- Present and sell company products to existing and potential customer accounts.
- Identify new markets, applications, and sales opportunities.
- Negotiate sales terms, including pricing and delivery schedules with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Customer Service, and Marketing to develop new applications.
- Monitor and analyze trends in the thermal industry, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to recommend new sales, marketing, and product development strategies.
- Collect market data, competitor insights, and product samples.
- Prepare sales proposals, submit them for legal review, and act as an intermediary to ensure contract terms meet all parties' needs.
- Develop presentations and reports related to sales activities and expenses.
- Forecast customer sales.
- Create KPI presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and Board on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Qualifications
Education :

- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (speaking and writing).
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Intermediate skills in Office 365.
- Excellent oral presentation and strong writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to ethical conduct in all business interactions.
- Proficient negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Capability to build trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Skilled in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Preferred :
- Experience in the commercial printing industry is a plus.
