NBBJ Seattle is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to work on workplace & interiors projects at a variety of scales.

We seek candidates who are both self-motivated and team players with a deep passion for the design and craft of interiors.
In your new role, you will :
- Participate in collaborative teams on a wide-range of workplace and interiors projects, across a wide range of typologies.
- Proactive team engagement to participate in ideation at all levels.
- Design, document and deliver projects of various sizes and complexities.
- Develop and implement overall design concepts, details and finish palettes through all phases of design.
- Learn and be curious.
What you will need to succeed :
- 5 - 9 years of professional experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- LEED or WELL Accreditation, or willingness to pursue within 18 months of hire.
- Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
- Ability to lead aspects of work with design direction.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Creation of presentation books and materials.
- Experience with researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment.
- Furniture selection experience is beneficial.
- Corporate and commercial design experience is beneficial.
- Position is full-time, in office.
The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $73,000 and $90,000. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
