Position Description

ADP is hiring a BRET Benefits Data Analyst within our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE)

This is a hybrid role based out of our Maitland, FL, location.

We are currently looking for a Benefits Data Analyst to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will involve reviewing potential client risk, supporting the sales teams, evaluating medical policies, and providing detailed assistance to our underwriting team.

Collaboration with sales teams and brokers is essential for success in this role, particularly regarding policy changes.

Must have a strong background in customer service and a proven ability to adapt to change quickly as this will be pivotal.

Preferred candidates will possess a strong understanding of current technology, excel proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and a background in customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Review medical documentation for submission to broker.
  • Understand the why behind the process and stay up to date on broker guidelines.
  • Analyze and audit employee census.
  • Be the main liaison between sales and the broker.
  • Answer messages and emails to provide white glove support to sales.

Qualifications Required :

  • A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include :
  • At least 1 year of business operations, customer operations, sales operations experience or systems integration environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and categorize high-level information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel required.
  • Ability to work independently and meet individual KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business.
