Your Role :

We are excited to invite a proactive and skilled General Handyman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the outstanding care they expect.

What You’ll Do :

• Repairs : Address electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in diverse settings.
• Maintenance : Ensure mechanical systems operate efficiently and carry out necessary repairs.
• Cleaning : Conduct general cleaning and upkeep throughout our properties.
• Installation : Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as required.
• Renovation : Repair and paint structural elements like doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Waste Management : Manage trash and recycling receptacles across our facilities.
• HVAC Services : Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
• Tools & Transport : Bring your own transportation and tools to job sites.
• Math Skills : Utilize basic math skills for task completion.
• Communication : Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving : Stay organized and tackle challenges effectively.
• Attention to Detail : Maintain high standards in all your work.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is essential.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexible availability is important.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.
